Bill has led the largest, employee-owned new product development consultancy, and founded two companies: an innovation strategy and design development firm, and a user-interface electronics manufacturing company.

Doug Monieson is a member of Hyde Park Angels and has been in the financial trading community for more than twenty years. He is a founding member of the NASDAQ100 futures pit and a valued member of the CME Pit Supervision Committee. He has served on the CME Group’s Political Action Committee since 2007. Doug has made regular appearances as a financial commentator on Bloomberg TV and has made guest appearances on CNBC, CNNFN, and Canada’s Report on Business TV.
Don Norman is co-founder and principal of Nielsen Norman Group. Don lives several lives: Company advisor and board member, Keynote speaker, and Author of books and columns. He helps technology companies structure their product lines and business. His major emphasis is design strategy: how designers and design thinking can help drive both incremental and radical innovation within the company.
Kevin Terrasi is a partner with Plymouth Management Company. In 2011, Kevin joined the firm as an Executive in Residence and he has worked closely with several of the portfolio companies backed by Plymouth Venture Partners Fund II.

Mus led Kudox North America-CWW, one of the largest private label manufacturers and distributors of radiant heat and other building products. Mus was previously SVP at FastWeb, a technology startup, which became the destination site and search engine for college-bound students seeking scholarship opportunities (acquired by TMP Worldwide). After receiving his MBA from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, Mus helped launch the Istanbul office of Booz Allen. Mus joined the Ameritech Executive Development Program after college and held several senior positions for almost a decade. Mus is a Fulbright Scholar and a judge-mentor at the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship, University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
